If you're looking for something part-time in Surveying, that's also London based, this is for you.

You'll be working with a Housing Association in London covering a small patch, the properties are all within a 15-minute walk of the office, so you don't necessarily have to drive.

You'll be working circa 21 hours per week on a contract that will run until March. You'll be in the office a few days per week.

Your rate will be £32 - £35 per hour.

Although this is a Surveying role, you will be doing desktop tasks (as well as inspections):

• Leaseholder/Tenant Alterations
• Boundary Disputes
• Planning Breaches
• Party Wall (Adjoining Owner Surveyor role specifically)
• Negotiations with third-party Telecom providers regarding lease renewals
• Liaise professionally with our Housing team, external solicitors, land surveyors, and party wall surveyors
