MTVH is seeking a Progression Administrator to support the Development Team in guiding customers from offer to legal completion. You will ensure a seamless, compliant progression process and accurate record-keeping across systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service, and stakeholder liaison skills. You will coordinate with solicitors, financial advisers, and customers to keep timelines on track, while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and regulatory platforms.

• Support customers from offer through to legal completion, ensuring a smooth progression process.
• Liaise with solicitors, financial advisers, and customers to keep transactions progressing on time.
• Maintain accurate records across Salesforce CRM and other regulatory platforms.
• Prepare, record, and track legal documents related to property sales and completions.
• Upload and maintain sales data in regulatory and CORE Digital reporting systems.
• Update customer information on government and local authority reporting systems.
• Create service charge accounts and manage related financial transactions.
• Coordinate property valuations and home demonstration appointments.
• Support audits and compliance activities within the team.
