Job summary

MTVH is seeking a proactive Progression Administrator to support the Development Team from offer through to legal completion. You will ensure accurate records, timely communication with solicitors and customers, and uphold regulatory standards.

The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer journey, managing progressions in Salesforce and other systems, and supporting compliance activities within a dynamic housing association environment.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong IT literacy with databases, MS Office, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout the sales progression from offer to legal completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, financial advisers, and customers to ensure timely progression.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and regulatory platforms.
• Prepare and track legal documentation for property sales and completions.
• Upload and maintain sales data for CORE Digital reporting and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate valuations and home demonstrations.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and health checks.
