PEAR - Property Recruitment seeks an organised, proactive Sales Progressor for a busy progression team in North London. The role covers progressing plot and freehold/commercial sales, keeping all parties informed and ensuring exchanges and completions occur on schedule.

You will liaise with purchasers, solicitors and mortgage brokers, chase outstanding enquiries, check paperwork, manage multiple workloads and produce regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales progression, ideally within property development or estate agency.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and prioritise effectively.
• Confident chasing solicitors and other parties to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Assertive, detail-focused and comfortable working under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Progressing sales from reservation through to legal exchange and completion.
• Liaising with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other relevant parties.
• Chasing outstanding enquiries and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Checking reservation paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Managing freehold and commercial sales, including liaising with investors and solicitors.
• Updating Housing Association schedules and monitoring payments.
• Producing weekly and monthly reports for senior management and board directors.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the in-house system.
• Preparing client correspondence and sales documentation.
• Checking and approving invoices.
• Liaising with internal departments to obtain information and resolve queries.
