Hamptons in Cirencester is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the team. You will meet and register applicants, organise viewings and maintain client communications, while working towards daily and weekly targets.

You will negotiate offers and leverage local market knowledge to outperform competitors, in close collaboration with the Manager to grow the business. This role offers opportunities for career progression and a supportive, award-winning training environment within a friendly company

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full and clean driving licence.
• Experience in negotiator role or in a sales environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Meet and register new applicants.
• Organise and carry out viewings.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants and note communications.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Arrange and conduct all viewings per client instructions.
• Negotiate offers when instructed.
• Understand the local market and gain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the Manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities.
