With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell and let their property.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Heaton Moor, Manchester. No previous property management experience necessary. The role is paying £22,500 - £24,000 depending on experience.

Let's talk about the role, it involves:

  • Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
  • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
  • Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
  • Organising & recommending maintenance works.
