Thornley Groves Ltd in Chester is looking for a Property Relationship Manager to join our team. This full-time, permanent role requires no previous property management experience and offers a clear path to develop relationships with tenants and landlords, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with an annual OTE of up to £31,000, and enjoy a range of staff benefits through Lomondlife, including wellbeing resources, discounts, and pension support.

Qualifications

• No formal property management experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy office.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals
• Completing property inventories and regular inspections
• Maintaining and reporting accurate file notes
• Delivering exceptional customer service
