Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Warwick with UK travel and two days per week in the office. You will drive multiple complex projects within the Corporate Property team, aligning with RIBA Stage 0-1 outputs and delivering value across the energy sector.

The role requires proven multi-project delivery, strong governance and stakeholder engagement, plus a proactive approach to health, safety and environmental considerations. UK driving license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Delivery of multi-discipline projects in the built environment.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with cost estimation and budget preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables aligned with objectives and outputs.
• Engage stakeholders to develop project specs and requirements.
• Prepare and manage milestone plans for effective delivery.
• Support BAU asset replacement scoping and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with Capex for integrated project planning with minimal site disruption.
• Manage interdependencies and communicate at programme level.
• Conduct feasibility studies and translate findings into costed design options.
