Work involves managing complex trackers, maintaining site scope across locations, reviewing supplier plans in MS Project, and delivering governance outputs and insightful programme reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with structured models and large data sets.
• Experience managing complex programme trackers and delivering reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for concise stakeholder insights.
• Working knowledge of MS Project to review supplier plans.
• Comfort with frequent changes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data integrity.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMO colleagues to manage programme trackers.
• Maintain view of site scope across locations and track implementation dates.
• Use established change controls to manage scope and schedule changes.
• Review supplier plans with MS Project and extract milestones.
• Track delivery performance against milestones and report variances.
• Support governance outputs such as SteerCo packs and programme review materials.
• Coordinate PMO, delivery teams and suppliers to ensure data quality and reporting consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data flows.
• Develop programme-level reporting using advanced Excel models.
