Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Project Manager within our Property team to drive development and refurbishment across our pub estate. You’ll ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high standards to maximize customer value.

The role is field-based across Midlands and South England, working with senior teams to deliver benefits for the business and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site projects in hospitality or property development.
• Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and deliver results under pressure.
• Proven track record influencing stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Knowledge of property asset management and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple property projects in line with programmes, budgets and briefs.
• Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Challenge costs to drive value and maximise financial returns.
• Support value engineering to improve quality, efficiency and cost outcomes.

As a Project Manager within our Property team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality development and refurbishment projects across our pub estate. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards, helping us create outstanding customer experiences while maximising value for the business

Qualifications

As a Project Manager, you will…

• Deliver multiple property projects in line with agreed programmes, budgets and design briefs
• Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
• Challenge design and construction costs to drive value and maximise financial returns
• Support value engineering activity to improve quality, efficiency and cost outcomes
• Champion brand design standards and ensure they are consistently applied and evolved
• Establish and promote best practice procedures across design, build and delivery processes
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, innovation and best practice within construction and development
• Ensure all projects comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to achieving financial, customer and operational excellence objectives across the estate

What you’ll bring…

• Experience delivering multi-site projects within hospitality, leisure or property development environments
• Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills
• Ability to analyse problems, make decisions and deliver results under pressure
• Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting clear, persuasive recommendations
• Knowledge of property, asset management and maintaining operational effectiveness
• Ideally hold a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, Engineering or similar)
• Strong interpersonal awareness, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards
