Zusammenfassung

Greene King is seeking a field-based Project Manager to drive development and refurbishment across our pub estate. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to high standards, creating outstanding customer experiences while maximising value for the business.

You will work across Midlands to Scotland, spending 2-3 days per week in Scotland. The role offers rewards, training and career development within a historic UK pub group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering multi-site projects in hospitality, leisure or property development.
• Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and deliver results under pressure.
• Knowledge of property, asset management and operational effectiveness.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement and high standards.
• Ideal professional qualification (RICS/CIOB) preferred.

Property Project Manager
This is a field based role covering from Midlands to Scotland. You will be required to spend 2-3 days in Scotland per week.
