Greene King is seeking a Project Manager to deliver high-quality development and refurbishment projects across our pub estate. This field-based role covers Midlands and South England, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and elevated customer experiences.

Formación

• Deliver multi-site projects within hospitality, leisure or property development environments.
• Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills.
• Ability to analyse problems, make decisions and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting clear, persuasive recommendations.
• Knowledge of property, asset management and maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Ideally hold a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, Engineering or similar).
• Strong interpersonal awareness, with collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple property projects aligned with programmes, budgets and briefs.
• Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders for clear communication and delivery.
• Challenge design and construction costs to drive value and returns.
• Support value engineering to improve quality, efficiency and cost outcomes.
• Champion brand design standards and ensure consistent application and evolution.
• Establish and promote best practice across design, build and delivery processes.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practice in construction and development.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to achieving financial, customer and operational excellence objectives.
