Michael Page is seeking a junior property professional to support asset management, site sourcing and acquisitions across a growing UK care and education portfolio. The role provides exposure to the full property lifecycle and a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in property, real estate or facilities management, be highly organised, commercially minded and eager to embrace technology and AI as part of the team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property, real estate or facilities management experience.
• Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
• Commercially minded and eager to learn and adapt to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Support site sourcing and acquisitions across the UK care and education portfolio.
• Assist asset and estate management, tenant liaison and inspections.
• Help with business development, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide admin support and maintain property records and reporting systems.
