Pertemps Bond in Clifton, Bristol is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our award-winning property management team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of managed properties, overseeing maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day management.

The role requires proven property management and client relationship skills; student lettings experience is a plus but not essential. We offer a £28,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £32,000+, 25 days' annual leave, and CeLAP funding and

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in property management.
• Student lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main point of contact for portfolio landlords, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Manage reactive maintenance issues and implement proactive property maintenance plans.
• Conduct property visits and ensure properties meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Lead and coordinate the student changeover process, ensuring a smooth and well-organised transition.
• Support and mentor junior team members, setting a positive example across the team.
• Stay up to date with lettings legislation and ensure compliance is maintained across the portfolio.
• Help drive landlord retention, portfolio growth, and overall team performance.
