Job Opportunity: Property Portfolio Manager

Our client is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager based in either London or Bristol. This role offers a great opportunity for experienced property managers in the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement property management strategies within the first 100 days.
  2. Engage with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal) and external service providers.
  3. Manage leases, tenancies, and occupational agreements, including negotiations and coordination with landlords and internal teams.
  4. Work with procurement to manage insurance policies covering property, business interruption, and liability risks.
  5. Handle business rates, including appeals and compliance, for UK and international properties where applicable.
  6. Collaborate with legal teams on lease drafting, review, and management of other agreements.
  7. Maintain and update all property-related documents in a centralized database.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Over 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in multi-site consumer businesses such as hospitality, leisure, or retail.
  • Experience in UK and EU markets is highly desirable.
