The Property Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing the firm’s real estate portfolio, ensuring effective budget management, lease administration, and supporting the Head of Property. Responsibilities

• Support the selection, evaluation, acquisition, and management of office space in line with company policy.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for upcoming lease events, ensuring timely actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants on strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing and managing the Real Estate Investment Plan.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and building regulations across all projects.
