Job summary

WavesReach in Edinburgh is seeking a Client Executive to oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring owners, guests and internal teams receive proactive, high-quality support. This role blends client management, listing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain performance across OTAs and long-term tenancy responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rental operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience responding to guest reviews is desirable.
• Familiarity with property platforms and tenancy management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day operational contact for property owners.
• Maintain relationships through responsive communication and timely follow-ups.
• Manage client queries in coordination with internal teams and track requests.
• Monitor guest reviews and ensure responses meet brand standards.
• Coordinate listings content, photos, and descriptions across OTAs.
• Onboard new listings and maintain high visual/content standards.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues with operations, revenue, and connectivity teams.
• Support tenancy communications and long-term property management as needed.
