Job summary

Workman is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to support the Client Partner and the property management team in Glasgow. You will coordinate reporting, data management, KPI attainment and contribute to one-off projects, ensuring high service levels and strong occupier relations.

Hybrid working, core hours, study support, and wellness benefits are offered, with a minimum of three days in the office. The role requires attention to detail and proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support to a client partner and property management team.
• Strong reporting and data management experience with KPI attainment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly/quarterly reporting updates and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain trackers and escalate to the Client Partner when needed.
• Submit trackers and reports by deadlines and identify process improvements.
• Support emergency response planning and data queries across PM teams.
• Assist with service charge budgets, reconciliations and health & safety updates.
• Analyze utility data for sustainable property management.
