Qualifications

• Professionally accredited or registered paralegal with a recognised legal professional body; Scots law knowledge relevant to the role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage own workload to meet client deadlines
• Deal promptly with client instructions
• Manage property and leasing transactions
• Liaise with estate agents and ESPC matters
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and other third parties
• Proactively attend to file management
• Provide support to other members of the property team
