Search Consultancy are recruiting a Conveyancing Paralegal for a well-established Aberdeen law firm on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload, draft dispositions and registrations, and ensure accurate file management, delivering client-focused service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal within a Scottish legal firm
• Strong knowledge of Scottish residential conveyancing procedures and legislation
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion
• Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation including dispositions, standard securities and registration forms
• Conducting title examinations and property searches
• Preparing completion statements and handling settlement transactions
• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties throughout transactions
• Registering title deeds with Registers of Scotland
• Ensuring all files are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
• Providing updates and legal guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Supporting solicitors within the department as required
