BCL Legal is representing a leading UK commercial law firm seeking a Residential Property Paralegal in Leeds. Hybrid working is available, with a mix of autonomy and team support for managing own caseload while assisting senior fee earners on a range of transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years' experience in residential property, strong knowledge of freehold/leasehold, and exposure to new build developments. A supportive firm culture and generous benefits package await.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property (essential).
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Exposure to new build developments.
• Understanding of leasehold legislation (including enfranchisement and lease extensions).
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

You'll join a busy and expanding residential property team, working with a diverse client base including local authorities, developers, and investors.
