Job summary

OneDome in Cardiff is seeking a Property Moving Assistant to be the central contact from offer to completion, coordinating buyers, sellers, agents and conveyancers to keep everyone informed.

The role rewards problem-solving and delivering an outstanding customer experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule, a competitive basic salary plus bonus, and the chance to contribute to a leading UK property technology platform.

Qualifications

• Estate agency or sales progression experience beneficial.
• Property, mortgage or conveyancing industry knowledge advantageous.
• Customer service or account management experience.
• Sales experience in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of property transactions from offer through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage advisers.
• Keep clients fully informed throughout their home-moving journey.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process.
• Promote and introduce customers to OneDome's HomeBuyer Service and other relevant products.
