Job summary

Falkirk Council is seeking a Property Modernisation Co-ordinator within our Corporate Asset & Climate Change Team to drive review and modernisation of council property assets. You will lead development of business cases for future investment and work across the Council and with external partners to deliver property modernisation projects.

The successful candidate will have proven project management experience in property or service modernisation, strong stakeholder engagement, report writing
