HR & Co, a leading UK housing association, seeks an experienced residential project manager to oversee refurbishment programmes across our social housing portfolio in the East Midlands.
You will manage budgets, timelines and teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant works, with a focus on fire and building safety and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure our properties, predominantly across our Secure Social Housing portfolio are safe, high quality, sustainable and meet all legal compliance while maintaining project budgets.
This will include both planned programmes of remediation and refurbishment work.
You will oversee all aspects of residential property refurbishment projects, developing and managing project budgets and timelines. You will lead and inspire a project team to deliver quality and excellence within budget.
You will ensure quality craftsmanship with legal compliance while fostering strong client relationships through clear communication.
You will have a proven experience in residential project and/or property management, with knowledge of social housing regulations and best practice, fire and building safety regulations, social housing legal compliance and health & safety regulations.
You will have proven experience of successful delivering several projects at once with the ability to juggle a number of tasks while working under pressure.
You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders, with a logical approach and the ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted projects.
