Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days onsite) for a Property Accounts Manager located in Stockport. The Property Accounts Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations related to rental properties, including rent collection, financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate property accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting and financial management skills
  • Experience in property management and knowledge of rental property operations
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate property accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations
  • AAT Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA
