Qualifications

• Previous property management or lettings experience.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day property management activities across a portfolio.
• Acting as a key contact for landlords and tenants.
• Responding to maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.
• Carrying out routine property inspections and reporting issues.
