haart Estate Agents in Peterborough is seeking a skilled Property Manager to act as the main contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing inspections, compliance, tenancy progression and related tasks. Local Peterborough candidates with proven property management experience are encouraged to apply.

You will handle maintenance coordination, deposits, arrears, and contractor management while delivering excellent service and building strong landlord/tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a Property Manager role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good telephone manner and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
