Job summary

Clearview Recruitment Ltd. is hiring a Property Manager in Clifton, Bristol, to oversee a portfolio of properties and act as the main contact for tenants and landlords. You will coordinate maintenance, manage compliance, and handle invoicing.

The role suits someone with around a year of property management experience and a highly organised, proactive approach. The position offers Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm with no weekends, on-site parking, and access to ARLA and related training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or lettings desirable.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for tenants and landlords within your portfolio.
• Handle incoming reactive maintenance calls and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure all property compliance certificates are up-to-date and coordinate renewals.
• Raise invoices for completed contractor work and monitor payments.
• Conduct quarterly property visits to review condition and compliance.
• Support and liaise with the letting and property management team as needed.
