Job summary

Independent Managing Agent in Loughton, Essex, seeks an experienced Property Manager to join the busy department on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful applicant will oversee a portfolio of properties, manage workloads and prioritise tasks to meet targets.

Key requirements include 2 years’ property management experience, intermediate computer literacy, and experience with lettings/property management software. ARLA accreditation is strongly preferred.

Property Manager - Loughton IG10

Our well-Established Independent Managing Agent based in Loughton Essex IG10 are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department, on a (12 month fixed term contract)

The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Overseeing a portfolio of Properties
• Team meetings
• Implement new procedures.
• Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing APT rental properties.
• Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management, including renters rights bill
• Striving to exceed individual targets and standards.
• Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
• Striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Handling complaints and providing solutions
• Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
• Ensuring compliance

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• Must have 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
• The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
• Experience of lettings/property management software packages
• Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen strong advantage but essential.
• Be able to manage their own workload
• Full valid driving licence is essential

The hours will be:

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm working an occasional Saturday to cover holiday

Salary range will be:

between £28.000pa to £30.000pa depending on experience.
