Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join an expanding company that offers great earning potential and benefits?

Our client, a successful local independent lettings agency, is offering a great opportunity to join their ever-growing team in Leicester, and the successful candidate would ideally have previous experience in property management and conducting inspections.

This position is being offered on a full-time or part time basis.

The successful property manager will be offered:

  • Full time - Upto £26,000 (depending on experience)
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Working hours:

  • Full-time | 9:30 – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
  • Part-time | 9:30 – 2:30 pm

Property Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • Self-management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills; Telephone and face-to-face
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers
  • Full clean driving license and own car for work
  • Ability to prioritize a demanding workload and remain calm under pressure

Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
  • Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
  • Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
  • Booking and conducting inspections
  • Making sure all legal compliances are up to date
