You will oversee a team of Property Managers, ensuring smooth branch operations and compliance with current legislation. The role suits current Senior PMs or Team Leaders looking to advance, with driving license required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and verbal is required.
• Professional telephone manner essential.
• Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
• Experience leading a small team in property management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Property Managers to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Oversee adherence to new legislation and audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement appropriate responses.
• Coordinate training and share best practices across the team.
• Support the Property Management department to achieve strategic objectives.
• Support audits of property management in conjunction with branch audits.
• Ensure best practice in property management is shared across the team.
• Monitor workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service levels for internal and external customers.
• Work on group projects with RPM to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct interviews and ensure adequate cover during holidays and days off.
• Monitor workloads and staff morale.
