About the Company

We are recruiting for a private family office with approximately £250m invested in London offices, retail, and leisure sectors. They invest in, develop, and asset manage commercial assets across the UK, with a focus on long-term holdings or asset enhancement and sale.

The Role
  1. Position Overview: As a Property Manager, you will work across property management (70%), asset management (20%), and investment/development (10%).
  2. Key Responsibilities: Support the Asset Management team with activities such as achieving leasing assumptions, new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, and other lease transactions. You will interact regularly with existing and prospective occupiers and their advisors.
  3. Asset Management: Manage all asset management projects by creating robust business plans, including financial modelling, appraisal, and evaluation.
  4. Strategic Planning: Assist in the creation, implementation, and mobilization of property and asset management plans for new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with shareholders' strategies.
  5. Professional Coordination: Manage the selection and appointment of professionals (lawyers, leasing agents, etc.) required for asset management activities.
  6. Day-to-Day Property Management: Handle service charges, rent collection, dilapidations, insurance, and tenant liaison.
  7. Development Exposure: This role offers good exposure to Asset Management, Development, and Investment work, including sourcing new opportunities.
About You
  1. Property experience is essential; Property Management experience is preferable.
  2. Exposure to the commercial asset management space is desirable.
