Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions/renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors for maintenance/repair
• Processing deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Handling check-in/check-out procedures and inventories
• Managing complaints and landlord/tenant relationships
