Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is recruiting a Trainee Property Manager for our Harborne team near Wolverhampton. The role offers full training, a defined career path and ongoing support. It is a full-time position with 8:30am–6pm weekdays and Saturdays on a rotation.

You will gain experience in property inspections, tenancy renewals, contractor coordination, deposits, arrears, and regulatory safety standards while building strong landlord and tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• No experience required, just enthusiasm and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Book and conduct property inspections
• Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance/repairs
• Process deposit returns and evictions as needed
• Resolve rental arrears and health & safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handle complaints and complete all check-in/check-out procedures with inventories

• £27844 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

• Booking and conducting property inspections

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes

• Progression within role will eventually result in a company car being provided to you*
