GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT in Darwen is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a successful independent estate agency. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, coordinate inspections, and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

The role offers ongoing training, real career progression, and a supportive team environment with a realistic £35k OTE and a £29k basic salary.

• Previous experience as a Property Manager within Estate Agency.
• Strong knowledge of residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties

• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the tenancy
