Job summary

Active Pathways Ltd is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee our residential and supported living services across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Yorkshire. You will manage a diverse property portfolio, drive refurbishments, ensure health and safety, and work with stakeholders to improve services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property, Estates or Facilities Management.
• A recognised trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing or Joinery.
• Strong knowledge of property compliance, health & safety and building maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across our services.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing safety, condition and compliance of residential, rehabilitation and supported living properties.
• Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes across the portfolio.
• Conducting regular property inspections, audits and surveys.
• Ensuring environments are safe, functional and well-maintained.
• Lead property-related compliance, inspections and remedial works.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
