Job summary

Pear Recruitment in Bromley is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 120 properties, covering residential and commercial assets. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, proactive maintenance coordination, rent collection, and strong client communication.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent organisational skills, and a customer‑focussed approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar property management role.

• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
• Processing contractor invoices to ensure payment
• Providing swift responses to maintenance queries and delivering high levels of service
• Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes
• Regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Assisting team with renewals and general PM administration
• Co-operating with Lettings Team
• Ensuring portfolio compliance with all legislation (Gas Certs, EICRs)
• Attending property inspections

About the role:

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
• Dealing with contractor's invoices to ensure payment
• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
• Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes
• Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs
• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
• Co-operating with the Lettings Team
• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR's etc.
• Attend Property inspections
