Pear Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager for a hybrid role based in Loughton. The position offers three days working from home and two days in the office, with a salary of up to £35,000 basic.

You will manage a prime Essex portfolio, ensuring high standards of service, regulatory compliance, and efficient administration, collaborating with landlords and tenants to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with contractor's invoices to ensure payment.
• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service.
• Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes.
• Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and creating reports for the Landlord.
• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns.
• Preparing properties for letting.
• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
• Co-operating with the Lettings Team.
• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR's etc.
• Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.

Our client is an independent estate agency with over 25 years of experience in the London property market. Their mission is to be recognised for delivering an exceptional, professional service, combined with in-depth local knowledge across all areas. Specialising in every aspect of residential property, they are now looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their growing team and help them continue to achieve this.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join a team of dedicated property specialists, based at their Loughton office. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days working from home and two days in the office, where you will take responsibility for managing a prime Essex Portfolio

You will have a solid background within the property industry, ideally with experience as Property manager.

Alongside your property experience, you will be a personable, responsible and conscientious individual with excellent organisational skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will take pride in your work, build positive relationships with landlords and tenants, and be confident managing a varied portfolio in a professional and proactive manner.

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
