Business Development Executive (Specialist Property Finance) £30k DOE + Uncapped Commission

Location: Hybrid (Manchester-based)

Salary: £30,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What you'll be doing:
  1. Build and manage relationships with financial intermediaries to drive new business and exceed targets.
  2. Collaborate closely with Regional Business Development Managers to support business growth objectives.
  3. Promote a range of products and services to new and existing partners, contributing to overall profitability.
  4. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  5. Execute effective contact strategies to uncover opportunities and present relevant offerings.
  6. Maintain a clear understanding of product criteria and underwriting guidelines to educate partners.
  7. Stay informed on competitor activity and wider market trends to spot emerging opportunities.
  8. Ensure all activities are logged accurately in the CRM system to support internal reporting and visibility.
  9. Uphold service standards to ensure a smooth and professional partner experience.
