Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is working with a successful property management team in Southampton to recruit an experienced Property Manager who can oversee a portfolio of residential properties and provide a professional service to landlords and tenants. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £30,000 per annum.

You will conduct inspections, inventories, renewals and compliance, and manage tenancy administration while building strong relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Strong understanding of the residential lettings process.
• ARLA qualification desirable.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong business relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.
• Professional, dependable and thorough approach with excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties from tenancy start to finish.
• Conduct property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections.
• Deal efficiently with landlord and tenant enquiries and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors, ensuring issues are followed through to completion.
• Manage tenancy administration, renewals, compliance and associated paperwork.
• Ensure properties and tenancies are managed professionally and in line with current legislation.
