PROPERTY MANAGER

Location: Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 2ER

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week.

Salary: Up to £35,211 (inclusive of car allowance)

Closing Date: Friday 10th January 2025, 5PM.

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our Block Management Team at Kingston Park.

About the role:

You will:

  1. Plan and set service charge budgets according to the terms of the lease for a portfolio of properties.
  2. Deliver periodic inspections at each building and regularly meet and communicate with our clients.
  3. Arrange, administer and attend Residents Meetings & AGM’s.
  4. Deliver excellent, consistent, and responsive customer services to clients, leaseholders and customers both face to face, over the telephone and by email and letter.

About you:

You’ll need:
  1. An interest in property, previous experience in a similar role, and a keen desire to learn new skills.
  2. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
  3. Exceptional administration, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Proficient in using IT systems.
  6. A positive can-do attitude.
  7. An enthusiastic team player.
