Job Description for a Property Manager

• Maintaining and developing tenant relationships
• Addressing tenant complaints, conducting inspections, contracting repairs, and enforcing rules of occupancy
• Overseeing tenant moves alongside coordination of leases and agreements
• Reviewing rents and negotiating increases/reductions in line with market values
• Completing ongoing property maintenance
• Chasing arrears
• Managing a multi-property portfolio (170+ properties) as part of a team
• Updating listings and conducting lettings negotiations

Job Skills Required for a Property Manager

• Proven experience in the property sector
• Highly organised with good time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
• Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be a driver and have own car
