Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our Headingly team. This full-time, permanent role manages a portfolio of properties and builds strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingly. The salary is £27,500.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, to ensure positive customer experience.
• Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes

We're looking for someone who has the following:

• Experience in Property Management or Lettings
• Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations
• Confidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returns
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated, team-focused approach
