Linley and Simpson in Bingley is seeking a Lettings Consultant to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers a 4-day work week with occasional Saturdays and a salary of £25,650 plus uncapped commission.

You will respond to enquiries, book appointments, register applicants and drive viewings while promoting our full lettings services. Training on lettings regulations is provided, with focus on customer service and targets.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bingley.You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm andFriday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus a1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.

The salary is £25,650 with uncapped commission.

The role:

• You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
• Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
• Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
