Job summary

Ambiris Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Hale. You will manage a growing residential portfolio, coordinate property upkeep, and liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth operations.

The role offers a £30,000 basic salary DOE, with commissions, and progression opportunities within a reputable estate agency. A full UK driving licence is required along with ARLA support where possible.

Qualifications

Property Manager – Hale – £30K basic DOE plus commissions

What you will be doing

• As a property manager, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
• You’ll play a crucial role in the management of growing the residential portfolio
• Overseeing incoming property maintenance
• Arranging and conducting property inspections
• Coordinating with contractors
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements

What you will have

• Experience in lettings and property management is essential in this role
• Ideally currently working as a property manager in Manchester
• Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
