Due to exciting expansion, our client, a well-established independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team in the Colchester area.

As a Property Manager, you will be offered:

  • Up to £30,000 basic (DOE)

As a Property Manager, your duties will include:

  • Arranging and conducting check-ins and check-outs
  • Carrying out property inspections and inventories
  • Providing outstanding customer service to both Landlords and Tenants
  • Ensuring maintenance issues are addressed quickly and keeping customers informed
  • Ensuring properties are fully compliant with legislation

Requirements for the role of a Property Manager:

  • Candidates must have recent experience in Property Management (2 years minimum)
  • Appetite for continuous learning
  • Exceptionally organized
  • Works accurately and at a speed
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Positive disposition
  • Team player
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full driver's license
