As our Property Manager, you’ll benefit from the support of a vibrant brand known for quality, overseeing a mixed property portfolio across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, North Herts, and Essex.
You should be self-sufficient with experience in leaseholder management within estates or property-related roles.
Responsibilities include managing residential blocks, private lettings, and housing estates to high standards, handling budgets, managing contractors, repairs, maintenance, and health and safety compliance.
You will assist in setting service changes, managing contractors, and liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, and residents.
Providing comprehensive estates and block management services, including maintenance, inspections, health & safety risk assessments, attending meetings, and coordinating with contractors and utility companies.
Knowledge of leaseholder management, legal requirements, and a qualification in estates is preferred. FM and block management experience will also be considered.
At the Assistant Property Manager level, 1-2 years of experience is required, though more experienced candidates are welcome.
You must drive and reside locally in Cambridgeshire or Suffolk. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £34,000+, reflecting your experience, with bonuses and access to a pool car during office hours.
