Property Manager / Operational Support Executive

Keepers Cottages is seeking a dynamic and organized Property Manager / Operational Support Executive to join our friendly team. This role involves supporting our holiday letting operations across Kent, managing guest and owner queries, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing property standards. If you're proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about homes and hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting guests and owners via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Arranging and liaising with suppliers and trades
  • Uploading and maintaining property listings
  • Assisting in onboarding new properties and liaising with owners
  • Conducting property inspections and cleanliness checks
  • Re-stocking supplies and handling maintenance issues
  • Providing administrative support across the property and owner services teams

You will need:

  • 2+ years’ customer service or admin experience (property, travel, or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems (training will be provided)
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to challenges
