Property Manager Opportunity – South London

Join one of London’s leading estate agencies and take the next step in your property management career! We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in South East London. If you’ve got at least 12 months of property management experience and are ready to take on a new challenge, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: Norbury Office, London

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm), with 1-2 days work from home after training.

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for landlords and tenants, offering expert advice on tenancy matters.
• Oversee tenancy progressions, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with financial, rental, and legal requirements.
• Manage maintenance issues and coordinate projects to keep properties well-maintained.
• Lead inspections, advise landlords on property conditions, and handle end-of-tenancy procedures.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
