About The Role

Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont are looking for a Property Manager to join the team. Join us and be a crucial part of a leading real estate organisation dedicated to excellence and innovation.

This role works closely with our Head of Property Management - who also oversees BDM and leasing - as well as a Junior Property Management Assistant. Routine inspections are outsourced to allow our team to focus on delivering excellent service to our clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Managing maintenance and coordinating outsourced routine inspections
  • Processing lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing outstanding service
